The international conference "Civilisational Communication between the United States of America and the Islamic World" organised by the Muslim World League in New York has concluded with the participation of a group of academics, researchers, religious, political and social leaders from around the world.
The participants praised the conference plans and expressed their support for the establishment of the Global Centre for Combating Extremist Ideology, which was inaugurated by the King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, in the presence of US President Donald Trump, and a number of Arab and Islamic leaders.
They expressed their appreciation for the centre's advanced technologies to be employed in combating extremism.
