U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will interrupt her summer vacation to attend an international conference on Libya this week. Clinton and other top officials from countries backing NATO operations over Libya will meet in Paris on Thursday. The International Contact Group on Libya will be meeting for the fifth time since the revolt began in January and for the first time since Tripoli fell last week to opponents of Moammar Qaddafi.
