Czech Prime Minister Bohuslav Sobotka expressed happiness at Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi's participation in the Visegrad Group summit.
Speaking Tuesday at a press conference following the summit's closing session, Sobotka voiced appreciation for Cairo's role in achieving stability in the Middle East, combating terrorism and confronting illegal migration.
Meanwhile, he said that cooperation with Egypt will lead to positive results in the future, noting that there is a great opportunity for creating investments in Egypt in the fields of energy, tourism, infrastructure and water projects.
Separately, the Czech premier noted that the Visegrad Group summit touched on the European Union's responsibility for the conditions in Libya, adding that achieving stability in the conflict-torn country is important to the Visegrad countries.
