Nine people were killed and more than 100,000 displaced due to floods and landslides triggered by a storm battering the Philippines a government agency said Monday. The Office of Civil Defence said a 16-year-old boy was missing in the eastern town of Libon in Albay province 350 kilometres south-east of Manila after he was swept away by floods Sunday.
