Cuba's former President Fidel Castro, has died at the age of 90.
His younger brother and successor as President, Raul Castro, announced his death later last night on state-run TV.
“At 10.29 in the night, the chief commander of the Cuban revolution, Fidel Castro Ruz, died,” he said.
