Head of Egypt\'s Supreme Military Council Field Marshal Mohammed Hussain Tantawi today received a letter from from Qatari Amir Shaikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani dealing with bilateral relations. Egyptian Defence Ministry general-secretariat external relations chief Major General Ibrahim Khalaf received the letter from Qatari Embassy acting charge d\'affaires Osama Al-Qaradawi.
