No epidemic diseases were reported during this year's Hajj season, Saudi Health Minister Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al Rabiah said on Wednesday.
Speaking at a press conference, Rabiah reassured that all pilgrims are in good health condition.
At least 690,000 pilgrims received vaccines against meningitis and polio this year, he added.
Medical teams have carried out 306 cardiac catheterization operations and 27 open-heart surgeries on pilgrims, he noted.
Also, 86 pilgrims have suffered sunstroke and 300 others were carried to Mount Arafat by medical convoys to complete their Hajj rituals, Rabiah added.
