The Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum International Photography Award, HIPA, has announced the closure of submissions for its seventh season of competition, ‘The Moment’.

The Secretary-General of HIPA, Ali bin Thalith said, "We are delighted by the large number of submissions we’ve received in the past three months that the competition has been open. The past week was particularly frantic with thousands of photographers looking to get their submissions in before the competition deadline."
