Israeli settlers have attacked Palestinian vehicles passing near Huwwara's Israeli military checkpoint with stones.
Ghassan Daghlas, who monitors Israeli activities in the north of the occupied West Bank, said a group of settlers had gathered near Huwwara checkpoint and pelted Palestinian-registered vehicles with stones, causing two people cuts and bruises who had to be treated at the scene, the Palestinian Info and News Agency (WAFA) reported on Monday.
Meanwhile, other settlers attacked farmers tending their farmlands in Kufr Qalil village, to the south of Nablus near the said checkpoint. No injuries were reported.
