Israeli air strikes on central Gaza over the last 24 hours have killed two Palestinians and injured two others, according to witnesses. The latest air strike on Wednesday morning targeted agricultural land in central Gaza, with no injuries reported. In an earlier strike on Tuesday night, an Israeli F16 plane fired two missiles, one of which did not explode, targeting barracks east of the neighborhood of Shijaia. One Palestinian was injured and transferred to a hospital for treatment, and financial losses were inflicted on Palestinian properties. In addition, two Palestinians were killed and one injured, all in their twenties, in an Israeli air strike on Tuesday afternoon. The strike targeted a group of Palestinians east of Al Masdar, a village in central Gaza. The dead and injured were transferred to hospital in the neighboring town of Deir el-Balah in central Gaza. Israel claimed that the two killed Palestinians were members of a Salafi group and were planning to launch missiles into Israel.
