Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda, will pay on October 18 a two-day visit to South Korea, it was announced here today. During the visit Noda will hold talks with South Korea\'\'s President Lee Myung-bak expected to include North Korea\'\'s nuclear programme and the resumption of the stalled talks between the two countries on an economic partnership agreement.(
