Jordan expressed solidarity with Turkey Saturday after a blast occurred near a bus in central Turkey, killing 13 soldiers and wounding 48 other people, Petra news agency reported.
Jordan's Minister of State for Media Affairs Mohammad Momani expressed the Jordanian government's condolences to the Turkish government and the families of the victims, wishing the injured speedy recovery.
Momani, who is also the Jordanian government's spokesperson, reiterated Jordan's call for intensifying international efforts, within a holistic approach, to deal with the danger of terrorism, which is a major threat to global security.
