Kuwait National Assembly Speaker Jassem Al-Kharafi on Friday concluded a four-day official visit to Morocco and proceeded to Iran for a gathering in support of the Palestinians.In a statement he made upon his depature, proceeding to Tehran, Iran, to take part in the fifth conference in solidarity with the Palestinian cause, the speaker said \"now is high time for supporting the brotherly Palestinian people for establishing their independent state and ending the Zionist occupation and returning the Palestinian refugees home.\" However, the top Kuwaiti legislator affirmed necessity that the Palestinians resolve their disputes and unify their efforts to attain their legitimate rights.He also praised role of the Islamic Republic of Iran in support of the Palestinians.The speaker was seen off at the airport by the head of the Moroccan Assembly of Councillors Chief Mohamed Al-Sheikh Biadillah, the Kuwaiti ambassador to Morocco Abdul Aziz Al-Roumi and several eminent personalities.The speaker, during his visit to the country, had held a series of meeting with ranking officials on enhancing bilatera ties.Al-Kharafi started the official visit to Morocco on Tuesday, accompanied by a high-caliber parliamentary delegation. On Wednesday, he held talks with Moroccan Prime Minister Abbas El-Fassi and Speaker of the House of Representatives Abdulwahed Al-Radi.
