The government of Montenegero announced Friday that it decided to allow Kuwaitis to enter its territory without prior visa but temporarily for now. The Kuwaiti Embassy in Serbia and non-resident embassy in Montengero said in a statement to KUNA that it received an official memorandum from the government of Montenegro exempting Kuwaitis from prior visa. This status is in effect until October 31, 2015, the statement said
