Palestinian Prime Minister Ramy Al Hamdallah

Palestinian Prime Minister Ramy Al Hamdallah on Tuesday said that efforts are exerted to maintain Islamic and Christian Waqfs (religious endowments) in Al Quds city and other Palestinian territories against selling or hiring.

The remark was made at a meeting with a Roman Orthodox Patriarch delegation in his office in Ramallah.

The meeting took up means of supporting the struggle of the residents of Al Quds against the Israeli practices.

He asserted all Israeli measures that are aimed at changing the demographical nature of the holy city are illegal.
