Lebanese army units are still carrying on logistic and combat preparations, ahead of the fourth stage of the "Dawn of the Outskirts" offensive in the peripheries of Ras Baalback and al-Qaa, a communiqué by the Lebanese military indicated on Thursday. 


Meanwhile, the army is targeting with artillery and air force what is left of terrorists'' posts and their movements in Wadi Martbaya and its vicinity. 


Also, military engineers are building new roads and cleansing the liberated areas from explosives and landmines
