Palestinian Prime Minister Rami Hamdallah

Palestinian Prime Minister Rami Hamdallah underlined the importance of support by the international community especially the great companies to the French initiative calling for holding an international peace conference.

He urged for setting new references for negotiations with Israel such as putting a schedule for establishing a Palestinian independent state on the borders of 1967 with Al Quds (Occupied East Jerusalem) as its capital.

These remarks came during the meeting held between Hamdallah on Thursday with a delegation representing the German Federal Academy for Security Policy and Head of the German Representative Office in Palestine Peter Beerwerth.

The premier posted them about the latest developments of the political process and the violations of the Israeli occupation.

The prime minister stressed the commitment of the Palestinian leadership under President Abbas and the government with the two-state solution and establishing a Palestinian independent state via all the peaceful and diplomatic ways.

Finding a solution for the Palestinian Cause will solve all conflicts in the region and achieve stability, he reiterated.

Hamdallah thanked Germany for its ongoing support to Palestine at all levels especially education and health.
