Poland\'s ruling Civic Platform party won the weekend\'\'s parliamentary election, the electoral commission said Tuesday as it announced the official results. The centre-right Civic Platform party of Donald Tusk got 39.2 per cent of the vote. The right-wing party Law and Justice, headed by Jaroslaw Kaczynski, was second with some 29.9 per cent of the vote. The agrarian Polish People\'\'s party received 8.4 per cent support, and was expected to form a coalition government with Civic Platform to secure a majority in parliament,reported dpa. Palikot\'\'s Movement, a left-wing party that formed last year, got 10.2 per cent support with its anti-clerical platform that supported abortion and civil unions for homosexuals. The Democratic Left Alliance was behind with 8.2 per cent support.
