President Bashar al-Asad on Tuesday sent a congratulatory cable to President Rafael Correa Delgado of Ecuador on his country's Independence Day. In the cable, President al-Assad expressed, on behalf of the Syrian people and on his own behalf, heartfelt and best wishes to President Delgado and the friendly people of Ecuador.
