HE the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jabor Al Thani on Friday held a telephone conversation with the Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin. The conversation reviewed bilateral relations between the State of Qatar and Russia besides a number of issues of mutual concern.
