HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani has received a written message from President of the Republic of Congo Denis Sassou-Nguesso, relating to bilateral relations and issues of common concern. The message was handed over by Congolese President\'s Special Envoy Adlah Ateyah Asi when HH the Emir received her at the Emiri Diwan office on Wednesday.
