Russia has sent another load of humanitarian aid to Libya. A plane of the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry is expected to land in Benghazi to deliver 36 tons of cargo, including food supplies, the Voice of Russia reported Thursday. In early July Russia already delivered 72 tons of aid to Libya. According to the Russian Foreign Ministry\'\'s official spokesman, Alexander Lukashevich, Moscow is deeply concerned with the conflict and intends to help all Libyans in need, no matter which part of the country they live in.
