Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense has received a telephone call from German Chancellor Angela Merkel, SPA reported on Sunday.

The German Chancellor congratulated bin Abdulaziz on his selection as Crown Prince and on the blessed Eid Al-Fitr.

During the call, the German Chancellor expressed her condemnation of the terrorist act to target the Grand Holy Mosque in Makkah.

They also discussed bilateral relations between the two countries and the latest developments in the region and the world.
