S.Korean President Lee Myung-bak promoted the deputy home affairs minister and named him to become the ministry\'s second vice chief on Monday in a small reshuffle that also affected three other vice ministerial posts. Deputy Home Affairs Minister Lee Jong-bae was named the second vice minister at the ministry, while Oh Jung-kyu, a financial technocrat, was designated as second vice minister for agriculture, the presidential office said in a statement carried on the S.Korean Yonhap news agency today.
