Spanish Prime Minister Jose Luis RodrigueTH THapatero received here today the Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, currently on a visit to Spain. Bilateral relations, as well as the latest regional political developments, especially the Palestinian ones, were discussed. Abbas welcomed the Spanish stances in support of the Palestinian stetehood bid, calling upon Spain to recognise Palestine’s full membership at the United Nations.
