Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir on Wednesday vowed to defeat the rebels and outlaws and to bring them to justice, official SUNA news agency reported. \"The rebellion will be defeated and the outlaws in the country committed crimes against the citizens and violated the human rights will be held accountable for their crimes through imposition of the law,\" SUNA quoted al-Bashir as saying. He said the government would not negotiate with the outlaws outside the country, adding that those who want peace must return to the country. He said that Sudan would not accept repetition of the experience of imposing negotiations, signing of protocols and United Nations monitoring. The Sudanese president further reiterated that the Sudanese army was maintaining control over the situations in the Blue Nile area. The Sudan People\'s Liberation Movement (SPLM)/ northern sector is leading a war against the government in the Blue Nile and South Kordofan areas.
