Prime Minister Theresa May and her conservatives looks set to become the largest party without holding onto its absolute majority in Thursday’s snap election, according to the first exit polls. 


Results suggest the Conservatives will win the election without securing an absolute majority. The party will lose 16 seats, from 330 to 314, according to a BBC exit poll. The Labour Party gains 34 seats to a total of 266
