South Korea's ruling party chief plans to visit North Korea soon, media reports said Tuesday, in a move that could further ease high cross-border tensions. North Korea has agreed to the planned visit by Grand National Party leader Hong Joon-Pyo, a ruling party source told Yonhap news agency. Cable news network YTN said Hong plans to cross the border on Friday.
