Turkey sends more tanks into Syria's Raii

Turkish army tanks and military personal are stationed in Karkamis on the Turkish-Syrian border

The Turkish forces on Monday sent more tanks and armored vehicles into the Syrian border town of Al Raii.

Al Raii is about 55 kilometers west of Jarablus.

Turkey has now more than 50 tanks and military vehicles in the Syrian soil.

Ankara said it will secure the borderline in a depth of 20 km in Syria.
