Ugandan Foreign Minister Sam Kutesa and two other senior ruling party officials announced their resignation Wednesday over charges of misusing funds for hosting the 2007 Commonwealth summit. Kutesa, Junior Labour Minister Mwesigwa Rukutana and John Nasasira, the ruling party parliamentary leader, quit ahead of the hearing of their cases before an anti-corruption court on Thursday.
