Ukrainian Parliament Speaker Volodymyr Rybak has today resigned amid an acute political crisis gripping his country. 
Ukrainian Parliament Deputy Speaker Ruslan Koshulynsky announced the resignation of Volodymyr Rybak for health reasons. The Ukrainian Parliament was supposed to discuss a draft law on early presidential elections.
