Department of Justice

A US appeals court has rejected a request by the White House to reestablish its travel ban, ordered by president Trump on immigrants.
The Department of Justice had filed notice of its intention to challenge Friday night's order by Judge James Robart which put the ban on immigration from seven Muslim majority countries on hold and impose a temporary ban on refugees access to the United States. The US department of States stated that valid visa holders will be permitted access to the United State following the judge's order rejecting the executive order by president Trump.
