The head of the Drag Racing and the Q8 team at the Quarter Mile Racing Club Sheikh Duaij Al-Fahad Al-Sabah reiterated Thursday Kuwaiti team is ready for participating in the first round of the world car drag race competition, which kicks off in US State of Virginia next Saturday.
Speaking to Kuwait News Agency (KUNA), Sheikh Duaij said that Kuwaiti team includes Turky Al-Hamidy and Mesha'al Sabr, adding that both racers are in good shape. Sheikh Duaij wished the team could achieve advanced results in the competition.
Sheikh Duaij stressed the championship is a world super contest in sports and has an increasing popularity.
