The caretaker boss is set to name his 23-man squad three days before the end of the Premier League campaign, meaning a change in manager could mean drastic late personnel changes.Interim England boss Stuart Pearce has urged the FA to make their decision on who will lead the Three Lions to Euro 2012as soon as possible.Pearce is set to name his 23-man squad for the tournament in Poland and Ukraine on May 10, three days before the final programme of Premier League games. Were the FA to delay their decision until the Premier League campaign is over, the squad could potentially face drastic late changes with a new man in charge. With this in mind, Pearce believes the FA should name the new man as soon as possible to avoid players being axed from the travelling party late on.\"The players need to know,” Pearce told reporters.“I would fully expect, whether it would be me or whether it be the next man, that he would be selecting the squad around that sort of time, because the season ends on the 13th.\"Pearce is set to miss four Premier League games next week as he jets off to America to watch David Beckham play for LA Galaxy. The 50-year-old has defended his absence and says he has complete faith in the scouting team beneath him.
