Prime Minister Sherif Ismail on Sunday issued a decision to strip three Egyptians of there citizenship over performing military service in a foreign country without taking a permission from the Defense Ministry.

The decision included Mohamed Fayez Hussien, Ragab Ismail Ragab, Walid Salman Hemdan.
