A total of 6157 Syrian refugees, mainly women, children and the elderly, including 45 injured refugees, have entered Jordan in the past 4 days, according to Jordan Armed Forces source. Border guards stationed along the Jordanian-Syrian borders assisted the incoming refugees and provided emergency aid to the injured before sending them to the refugee camp in Mafraq, Petra news agency quoted the source as saying.
