Tunisian security forces arrested eight terrorists in the northwestern Jendouba city.

The arrests came as part of security forces' crackdown on gunmen in Ghardimaou mountain over the past two days.

Sixteen terrorist have been arrested during the security raids, the Tunisian news agency said.
