As many as 803 Egyptians returned home from Libya via Salloum crossing over the past two days, Matrouh Security Chief Hisham Nasr said.
The returnees included 554 legal arrivals and 249 illegal arrivals, Nasr said in statements on Monday.
Travel procedures for 1,881 people, including 586 Egyptians and 1,295 Libyans, have been finalized, Nasr added.
As many as 340 trucks arrived at the terminal from Libya.
