Nine people were arrested by the North Batinah Police for trying to enter the country illegally by boat, the ROP announced on Tuesday.

The North Batinah Police Coast Guard seized the boat attempting to enter the country illegally. 

The boat was carrying nine people of Asian nationalities.

The boat was seized, and its passengers were apprehended.
