Agthia Group has graduated 11 UAE nationals in the second year of their Career Enhancement Programme, CEP, which aims to accelerate the careers of high-performing Emirati employees within the group.

Tariq Ahmed Al Wahedi, Chief Executive Officer of Agthia Group, said, "This programme directly addresses one of the UAE's most pressing challenges, which is to guide and encourage young Emiratis in the workplace.
