Air manoeuvres between Saudi Arabia and Egypt to be held next week in Cairo

H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras al-Khaimah, has offered condolences to the family of the martyr Nasser Gharib Al Mazrouei, who succumbed to his injuries he received while carrying out his duties in the Arab Coalition's Operation Restoring Hope, led by Saudi Arabia to back the legitimate government in Yemen.

While visiting the mourning majlis in the city of Kalba, H.H. Sheikh Saud Al Qasimi prayed to Allah Almighty to rest the martyr’s soul in Paradise and grant solace to his family.

The Saudi Royal Air Force, RAF, is preparing for the "Faisal 11" air manoeuvres, which will be held jointly with the Egyptian Air Force in Cairo at the end of next week.

According to the Saudi Press Agency, SPA, these air manoeuvres are part of the annual training plan aimed at strengthening co-operation between the Saudi Royal Air Force and the Egyptian Air Force. It also seeks to qualify aircrews from pilots and technicians, acquire technical expertise, and develop combat skills through joint operations with the Egyptian Air Force.

This is the 11th edition of the manoeuvres held between the two countries' air forces.
