Muslims all over the world watched today from the Grand Holy Mosque the replacing of Al-Kaaba Kiswah (Cloth Cover) with a new one made of pure silk.

The Kaaba cover, which is 14 metres high and 47 metres long, is made of pure natural silk, dyed in black, and surrounded by Islamic motifs.

The Kaaba cover is manufactured at King Abdulaziz Complex for Holy Kaaba Kiswah which employs more 200 employees of national cadres qualified and trained in this distinctive industry, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
