Awqaf and Minors Affairs Foundation, AMAF, is showcasing its portfolio of smart online services that improve the efficiency of its interaction with the public at GITEX Technology Week 2017.
In line with its smart transformation, AMAF unveiled a host of new smart services for tenants of endowment properties under its management. These include rental renewal applications, facilities maintenance, bounced rental cheque replacement, issuance of no-objection letters, and lease contract termination.
During the definitive tech exhibition, the foundation also revealed that it updated minors’ services available through its dedicated smart application. Among the updates involve are disbursement services, ‘to whom it may concern’ letters, and smart social search for use by the internal social search team.
Speaking on the occasion, Tayeb Al-Rais, Secretary-General of AMAF, said, "The foundation is committed to supporting our wise leadership’s vision of making Dubai the world’s smartest and happiest city. We are confident our drive to enhance our services through smart platforms will go a long way in contributing to the achievement of this objective."
