The Presidency's Directorate General issued on Monday the following statement: 

"President of the Republic, General Michel Aoun, will leave Beirut this afternoon heading to Riyadh on an official visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, upon the invite of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman Bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud. 

The President will be accompanied by an official delegation that includes Ministers of Foreign Affairs, Education, Finance, National Defence, Interior, Presidential Affairs, Information, Economy and Trade. 

On Wednesday, January 11, the President and the delegation will head to Qatar upon the invite of Prince Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani.
