Lebanese Army Chief, General Joseph Aoun, met, at his Yarze office on Monday, with U.S. Congressman of Lebanese origin Darin Lahood, accompanied by U.S. Ambassador to Lebanon, Elizabeth Richard.

Talks reportedly featured high on the current general situation in Lebanon and the broader Arab region, in addition to the cooperation ties between the two countries' armies.

Separately, General Aoun welcomed a delegation of Arsal town.

He also met with Baalback Mufti Sheikh Khaled Solh
