Back-to-school course held for community police

Under the patronage of Chief of Public Security, Major-General Tariq Al Hassan, the Public Security for Community Affairs has held a training course for 210 community police personnel of police directorates as part of the preparations of the Interior Ministry for the academic year 2017-2018.
The Deputy Public Security Chief, Brigadier Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al-Khalifa highlighted that the course was part of the Ministry’s efforts to enhance awareness for students and protect them from violence, addiction and negative practices and secure 210 schools distributed in the four governorates to ensure safe back to school for all students.

He highlighted the importance of Maan “Together” programme to fight violence and addiction that is implemented by the community police and represent the real value of community partnership.
