Foreign and Expatriates Minister, Gibran Bassil, on Friday contacted his Egyptian counterpart, Sameh Shukri, expressing condoleneces on the fallen victims of the terrorist attack that targeted al-Rawda mosque in the northern Egyptian Sinai, which left scores dead and wounded.

Bassil affirmed Lebanon's stand beside Egypt in this painful affliction, underlining the dire necessity of combating terrorism and drying up its resources
