Foreign Minister Gebran Bassil on Monday met with French lawmaker of Lebanese origin, Nadia Essayan, who highlighted the importance of the bilateral ties between Lebanon and France.

"The Lebanese are always in need of reviving the relations with France, which highly regards their courage," Essayan told reporters following the meeting.

The French Democratic Movement representative is also scheduled to hold talks with Defense Minister Yaacoub Sarraf today. As for tomorrow, she will meet with President Michel Aoun and other officials
