Speaker of the House, Nabih Berri, on Monday chaired a meeting for the Parliament's Bureau, in presence of Deputy Speaker Farid Makari, the Bureau's members, and the Parliament's Secretary General Adnan Daher.

Makari told reporters following the meeting that a session would be held on October 17 to elect the Bureau's members.

"If the session goes as expected, the Parliament will start its legislative session to discuss and endorse the 2917 state budget," he indicated
