Commander-in-chief Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed receives Omani delegation.

Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF), Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, received at the BDF General Command today, an Omani Consultative Assembly delegation, led by Chairman, Khalid bin Hilal Al-Mawali.


Speaker of the Council of Representatives, Ahmed bin Ibrahim Al-Mulla, Chief of Staff, lieutenant-General Dhiyab bin Saqr Al-Nuaimi, Defence Ministry’s Undersecretary, Major-General Shaikh Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, and the Omani Ambassador to Bahrain, Abdulla bin Rashid bin Ali Al-Mudailwi.

The commander-in-chief lauded the depth of the steadily-growing relations between the two countries and their brotherly peoples.

They discussed issues of common interest.

BDF General Command’s Court Director Major General Hassan Mohammed Sa’ad, Inspector-General Major-General Abdulla Hassan Al-Nuaimi, Assistant Chief of Staff for Supply and Catering Rear Admiral Yussif Ahmed Malallah, Assistant Chief of Staff for Human Resources, Major-General Shaikh Ali bin Rashid Al Khalifa, and Military Cooperation Director Rear Admiral Mohammed Hashim Al Sada, also attended.
